Q: When can I expect my order to be shipped?

A: Unless otherwise noted, all orders generally arrive to you within 5-10 business days. We are not your normal e-commerce store that provides next day shipping. (But we’re growing fast!) Most likely your order will ship within 24 hours after your order is placed. We’ll be sure to let you know if delays are expected. As the Well Labs’ name becomes more contagious, we’ll adjust our lag time based on demands of our products.

Q: Can I qualify for FREE Shipping?

A: Yes! Free Standard Shipping and Handling is valid on all orders $100 or more within the U.S. No promo code required to redeem free shipping, just select the FREE Shipping option at checkout. If you return a portion of your online purchase, shipping charges will be assessed for the return shipping costs. Sales tax is not included in total minimum purchase requirement calculation. Not valid on previous purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice. Standard Shipping and Handling fees are assessed at checkout in the amount of a flat $5.95.

Q: How does your inventory and product availability work?

A: All of our products are shipped directly from Iowa. We continue to stock our products and keep inventory as demand continues. We don't overstock inventory as our raw materials do have a shelf life. In order to offer high quality pharmaceutical grade and blends, shelf life is important to us. We don’t want our customers receiving less than the best quality possible. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to LOVE your product from Well Labs, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons. Please know that returns and exchanges may be a slightly longer process due to our limited quantities. We do accept returns within 21 days of your delivery if the item is in original (brand new) condition with all tamper-seals still intact. In order to initiate a return, please email our shipping crew by filling out the form on our Contact Us page, and they will be in touch with you to help you return your product. As soon as the shipping team receives your item(s), we will issue you a code for the value of your original item to be used for store credit. No returns will be accepted without following the proper process.

Q: Can I return sale items?

A: Sales on the Doll Up beauty cases are final. Our products won’t go on sale unless we discontinue or have a re-formulation of a new and improved product. If we discount our product, we discount our mission.

Q: How will I know when my favorite Well Labs supplements are back in stock or available for purchase?


A: We try our best to advertise when new or returning items will be in the store. Please understand that Well Labs and MyWellLabs.com is a team effort and can often not provide an exact date. However, as soon as we know, we will be sure to announce on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or through our Newsletter. We'd love to connect on social media with you and through our newsletters anyway!

Q: How can I take the best quality care of my Well Labs supplements and products?


A: Take them daily as the label recommends for dosing. Keeping them in the airtight container and visible for your daily reminders. Also, use your Doll Up Case and test tubing to take them throughout the day. We care about your health!

Q: Are there discounts for bulk orders of Well Labs supplements?


A: If your team at work is doing a health-related challenge and you want everyone to receive Well Labs’ supplements (multivitamins, fish oils, etc) – We can offer an inkind matching donation from your corporation to a local non-profit that needs $ for helping incorporate lifestyle health in your local community. We want everyone to experience great health in their life. Bulk orders start at as few as 36 products of the same item. A: We do! However, we must take into consideration the natural flow of our own content calendar, as well as the collaboration between many of our established success partners.
